Durham Business School, working with graduate spin-off company Paramecia, approached Wansford Associates in October 2007 to send out a personalised email to their entire Alumni database asking them to complete a short online questionnaire that Wansford were also asked to develop. The Online Marketing and Web Development teams at Wansford were able to fulfil all the University's requirements and the emails were delivered without a hitch, achieving a very good response rate for the questionnaire. George Schley, a director of Paramecia, commented as the project was nearing completion, "...both Patrick <Alumni Relations Manager at Durham Business School> and I think that this is a cracking piece of work and the last things mentioned above, will give us a perfect solution (and I know they don't often happen).
